These days the number of bad sectors found later on running CHKDSK is increasing. And then, I ran SMART results and constitute the event containing reallocation sector count as 200 and current pending errors count as 194.

Pending sectors are ones, that for some reason drive could not read previously. They get resolved by overwriting. Then depending on success of overwrite operation they either are considered fine or become relocated.
Resolving of Pending sectors can be done with mhdd (browse with relocate) and with victoria.

Yous're reading SMART wrong.
Relocated sectors are 0.
Only you accept 1010 pending sectors (HEX 3F2).
Also Raw Read error rate is below threshold.

I am new to this, tin can you delight elaborate on what 1010 pending secor is and does raw read mistake causes trouble to hdd and if possible how tin it exist resolved?
